At , Unideal we want our customers to have a smooth shopping experience. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

  • We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery.

  • The product must be:

    • Unused and unwashed

    • In original condition

    • With original packaging, tags, and accessories intact

Important Note on Return Shipping

If a customer wishes to return a product, the return shipping (delivery) charges must be paid by the customer.
Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used, damaged, or altered products

  • Items returned without original packaging or tags

  • Products marked as Final Sale / Non-Returnable

Refunds

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.    Refunds will be issued only after the returned product passes quality inspection.

  •  If approved, the refund will be processed within 3–5 business days to the original payment method.

  • Shipping charges are not refundable.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed only in case of size or defective product, subject to stock availability.

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.

  • Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible. Customers may request a return as per policy.
