1. What products do you sell?

2. Are your products original and genuine?

Yes. All products are 100% genuine and sourced from trusted manufacturers and suppliers.


3. How long does delivery take?

  • Order processing: 24–48 hours

  • Delivery time: 3–7 business days (depending on your location)


4. Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?

Yes, Cash on Delivery is available for selected locations.
COD may not be available on certain high-value orders.


5. What is your return and refund policy?

  • Return window: 7 days from delivery

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

  • Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after approval


6. What if the size doesn’t fit?

If the size doesn’t fit, you can request an exchange (subject to stock availability).
Please check the size chart on the product page before ordering.


7. Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we ship only within India.
International shipping may be introduced in the future.


8. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or email.


9. Do your products come with a warranty?

Clothing and accessories do not carry a warranty.
If electronics or gadgets are sold, warranty details will be mentioned on the product page.


10. Are online payments safe?

Yes. All payments are processed through secure, SSL-encrypted payment gateways.
We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and wallets.


11. Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible — only returns as per policy.
